Masala Tikka Turkey Burger (Serves1)

Ingredients:

Per Serving
1 ea multi grain roll, toasted
2 oz tomato cucumber salad
1 each turkey tikka burger
1.5 TB raita
Serve with: 2 oz Indian cole slaw

 

 
  1. Place patties on a well-scraped 350'F grill. When "puddles of juice" form on the surface (3 to 3 1/2 minutes), turn patties. CCP- Grill for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on second side or until juices run clear and minimum internal temperature is 165'F (for 15 seconds). Turn patties one more time to sear surface
    Alternate Method: CCP-Broil frozen patties for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and minimum internal temperature is 165'F
    (for 15 seconds)
  2. CCP- Hold hot at 140'F or above for use
  3. Spread margarine on roll and griddle until toasted and browned
  4. In paper lined 5 lb food container, in sequence, place base of roll, 2 oz tomato cucumber salad (kachumbar), grilled tikka turkey burger patty,
    1 1/2 TB raita, and top of roll. Serve with 2 oz Indian Cole slaw
