Summer Peach Salad (Serves1)
Ingredients:
Per Portion
1.5 oz spring mix
.5 oz red onions, thinly sliced
1 each basic chicken breast, sliced thin on the bias (about 3.5 oz)
3 oz fresh peaches (about 6 wedges)
1 TB almonds, sliced, toasted
Serve on the side: 2 oz Honey Lime Cilantro Dressing

- Place 1 1/2 oz spring mix in appropriate "To Go" container
- Top with 1/2 oz red onions, 3 1/2 oz chicken (1 basic breast), 3 oz fresh peaches (about 6 wedges) and garnish with 1 TB toasted almonds
- Serve with a 2 oz souffle cup of Honey Lime Cilantro Dressing
- CCP- Hold refrigerated at 40'F or below for same day service
Shelf Life: If leftover, do not reuse
