Our new Your Health Your Way snack selections make it easier than ever to find tasty snacks destined to fit your healthy lifestyle. Just look for the Your Health Your Way logo on the snack rack as your guide to healthier snacking options. You'll find our simple program guidelines listed right on our snack racks at participating locations. All products meeting our Your Health Your Way nutrition guidelines have been reviewed and approved by professional Sodexo registered dietitians and meet these nutrition guidelines:

  • 200 calories or less
  • 35% calories from fat or less
  • Low saturated fat (1 gram or less and 15% calories or less from saturated fat)
  • Trans fat free
  • 360 mg sodium or less
  • At least 1 gram dietary fiber
  • Or meet at least 4 of the above and has at least 10% of the Daily Value of one or more major nutrients: Protein, Fiber, Vitamins A, C, E, Calcium, Iron, or another Vitamin or Mineral
